vurctube Vurctube

Terms of use

Effective 12 September 2026 · Last updated 18 October 2026

The short version. Vurctube’s mature local pipeline has long supported short-drama localization and distribution; cloud migration is underway. These terms cover the website and the interfaces described below. The remote MCP connection is limited to the invited owner, with reads and independently owner-approved video metadata edits. Public registration, paid subscriptions and Google sensitive-scope verification are not complete.

1 What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website, vurctube.com, the private remote pilot at mcp.vurctube.com and the separate self-hosted Vurctube channel tool developed by ZXW Investment Pty Ltd. By using the software or the site you agree to these terms. Read the privacy policy before connecting.

Cloud-localization pilots, if offered, require separate arrangements covering scope, authorized materials, data processing and any fees. Sending an enquiry does not create a subscription, guarantee pilot access or grant us permission to publish your content.

2 The software and its licence

An open-source release of the self-hosted channel tool is planned. The licence text supplied with a released version governs your rights to use, copy, modify and redistribute that version and takes precedence over anything here. This plan does not state that the separate cloud-localization service is open source or currently available.

3 No warranty

The software and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the software is free of errors, that it will keep working as Google's APIs change, or that any action it takes will have the result you intended.

4 Your responsibilities

5 Google and YouTube

vurctube is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. The software uses YouTube API Services, and your use of it is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

6 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers of vurctube are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the software or this site, including lost data, lost revenue, changes made to a channel, quota exhaustion, or any action taken by Google or YouTube against a channel or project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

7 Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
